P6KMIP_OBJECT_CERTNAME attribute.

Section 3.14 and 3.15 (in KMIP Spec) Certificate Subject & Issuer (deprecated in KMIP 1.1) distinguishedName - can be an empty string as a valid value pAlternateNames - optional, an enumerator which can return one to many binary strings, set to NULL if no names provided
