This method is used to support sorting of p6IXMLNode components in a p6IDOMNodeset container.

Specifically it is used in the implemenation of the XSLT "xsl:sort" element. It allows the caller to read the time sort key that was set for the XML node.

Parameters

pTime

[ out ] Time value to be used as a sort key for this node.

Returns

Success	P6R::eOk
Failure	P6R::eNotInitialized	A successful call to intialize() must be made before calling this funciton.
	P6R::eInvalidArg	One of the parameters is NULL.
