disableEscaping	[ in ] Turn off standard CDATA and entity escaping
omitXMLDecl	[ in ] Don't output the starting XML declaration line

Returns

Success	P6R::eOk
Failure	P6R::eNotInitialized	A successful call to intialize() must be made before calling this funciton.
	P6R::eInvalidArg	One of the parameters is NULL.
	P6R::eNoMemory	Insufficient memory to output tree.
