The Entity handler component is defined and set by the application.

Return a pointer to the handler that the application set. Note, that currently this parser does not call a set Entity handler.

Failure	P6R::eNotInitialized	A successful call to intialize() must be made before calling this funciton.
	P6R::eInvalidArg	pObject is NULL.
