Get the attributes type identified by a namespace as a lookup key into the attribute list.
Since this parser does not currently use DTD's, this function always returns the value 'CDATA'.

| pString | [ out ] The type of an attribute is defined in the associated DTD or XML Schema. |

| Failure | P6R::eInvalidArg | pURI, pLocalName, or pString is NULL. |
| P6R::eNotFound | There is no attribute associated with the namespace. |
