Get the attributes type identified by index into the attribute list.

Since this parser does not currently use DTD's, this function always returns the value 'CDATA'.

Parameters

index	[ in ] index into an array of all attributes stored in this object (zero-based).
pString	[ out ] The type of an attribute is defined in the associated DTD or XML Schema.

Returns

Success	P6R::eOk
Failure	P6R::eInvalidArg	pString is NULL.
	P6R::eEndOfFile	index is too big.
