Once the attribute is found, then return it's associated value (e.g., cost='55', '55' is the returned value).

Parameters

index	[ in ] index into an array of all attributes stored in this object (zero-based).
pString	[ out ] string value of the attribute, can be NULL if attribute's value is empty

Returns

Success	P6R::eOk
Failure	P6R::eInvalidArg	pString is NULL.
	P6R::eEndOfFile	index is too big.
