The returned enumerator can be used to walk all the entires or a subset of the link entries in a keystore.
This "like" enum method allows the caller to match part of the passed in parameter against some part of a link's type. The pType paramter is used in a SQL "like" query thus allowing the caller to match link types with wildcars both before and after the patter. For example, "Derived Key" is treated as "*Derived Key*" where '*' will match zero or more characters.
