Add the modify attribute batch item to the current response message.
A successfull startResponseMsg function must be called first. Modify Attribute (Section 4.15), this function encodes the result of an addModifyAttributeRequest in a response message.

| P6R::eRange | pExtension->encodedExtension.length must be a multiple of 8, since encoded as the Vendor Extension Structure |
