Add the obtain lease attribute batch item to the current response message.

A successfull startResponseMsg function must be called first. Otain Lease (Section 4.17), this function encodes the result of an addObtainLeaseRequest in a response message.

Parameters
result[ in ] a standard set of parameters that can be set for any response (e.g., error codes, unique Id of matching request)
uniqueIdentifier[ in ] the unique identifier of object associated with the returned attributes
leaseTime[ in ] interval type (in seconds), specifies the amount of time that the object can be used until a new lease needs to be obtained
lastChangeDate[ in ] the date and time when the latest change was made to the contents or any attribute of the object specified by the uniqueIdentifier parameter
pExtension[ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation
