Add the obtain lease attribute batch item to the current response message.
A successfull startResponseMsg function must be called first. Otain Lease (Section 4.17), this function encodes the result of an addObtainLeaseRequest in a response message.

| uniqueIdentifier | [ in ] the unique identifier of object associated with the returned attributes |
| leaseTime | [ in ] interval type (in seconds), specifies the amount of time that the object can be used until a new lease needs to be obtained |
| lastChangeDate | [ in ] the date and time when the latest change was made to the contents or any attribute of the object specified by the uniqueIdentifier parameter |
| pExtension | [ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation |
