Add the derive key batch item to the current response message.
A successfull startResponseMsg function must be called first. Derive Key (Section 4.6), this function encodes the result of an addDeriveKeyRequest in a response message.

| uniqueIdentifier | [ in ] the unique identifier of the newly created key object |
| pAttributes | [ in ] optional can be NULL, a list of object attributes with values that were not included in the request, but have been implicitly set by the key management server |
| pExtension | [ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation |
