Add the get batch item to the current response message.
A successfull startResponseMsg function must be called first. Get Opaque Object (Section 4.11), this function encodes the result of an addGetRequest in a response message.

| pExtension | [ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation |
