Add the modify attribute batch item to the current request message.
A successful startRequestMsg function must be called first.
Modify Attribute (Section 4.15 KMIP spec), this operation allows the modification of an existing attribute of a managed object specified by a unique identifer.

| pExtension | [ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation |
