Add the get attributes batch item to the current request message.
A successful startRequestMsg function must be called first.
Get Attributes (Section 4.12 KMIP spec), this operation requests the value of each attribute defined in the pAttributeNames parameter

uniqueIdentifier | [ in ] optional uniqueIdentifier.pString can be NULL, return the attribute values of the managed object pointed to by this unique Id. If NULL the sserver determines the object to return. |
attibuteCount | [ in ] The number of entries in the list pointed to by pAttributeNames |
pAttributeNames | [ in ] optional can be NULL, a list of attribute names to return their value. If NULL then all attributes are returned. |
pExtension | [ in ] optional can be NULL, vendor defined extension to the operation |
