This method retrieves the "human readable set of descriptions for the key" (see reference 1).

| pLabel | [IN] Block of memory to write the descriptive label into. If NULL then, the required size of this buffer is returned in pWritten. |
| cBuffer | [IN] Number of characters in the buffer pointed to by pLabel. Ignored when pLabel is NULL. |
| pWritten | [OUT] Optional can be NULL, returns the number of characters written into pLabel. This parameter cannot be NULL when pLabel is also NULL. |
